As a graduation gift I received a new laptop which I am love love loving. My favorite feature is honestly having battery life--for the past year and a half I had a laptop that required being plugged in all the time which drastically limits it utility as a laptop. To keep my new baby laptop safe and sound I made a quilted cozy using half square triangles of cotton, wool, and linen in gorgeous shades of gray to coordinate with it's silver exterior. I used cotton batting to add a little padding and nicely finished it with french seams and some bias binding.
LOVING the texture now that its been washed.
