I started working on this granny square throw around Thanksgiving 2010 and now it is finally complete!
I also made the coordinating turquoise pillow last week so that my couch wouldn't be so plain. Yay! for getting things accomplished! Although I feel like a lot of time went into it is still seems small for soooo much work. Oh well it is the perfect back of the couch/ lap sized throw so I am pretty happy with it.

Way to go! There is nothing like finishing up that project that occupied the to-do pile forever. It's a good feeling. And it looks amazing. Look at all the great stuff you've been whipping up Miss CBB! I adore your embroidery. Keep up the great work.

the throw is super pretty! I am planning to knit a blanket this year, not sure if I'll actually be able to finish it, but I'll do my best. have a great weekend :)
