merry christmas

I hope you have a lovely holiday! the new year will be a great time for me to get back to blogging in this space--as you can see the last month has been quite full. From holiday cookies, to decorating my apartment, designing the family christmas card, making festive garlands, paricipating in an artist market, making gingerbread houses, filling custom orders from my online shop, decorating my tree, & celebrating with family(and lots of yummy food) it seems that my time has been occupied!

Advent gifts

As a little Christmas tradition my mom and I exchange advent gifts. It is pretty fun to open a little gift each day leading up to Christmas. The pretty little packages are also making my tree look even more festive, along with some glass ornaments that I picked up at an antique store!
